Order Confirmation and Cancellation: Once you place your order, you have a 24-hour window to request any changes or cancel the order without penalty. After this period, production will begin immediately, materials will be allocated, and your order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable. We kindly ask customers to review their orders carefully within this period.
Customization and Specifications: All details regarding colors, sizes, materials, finishes, and other customization options will be finalized and documented at the time of order placement. This ensures both parties have complete clarity on what will be produced. We encourage you to ask questions, request samples, and confirm every detail to avoid misunderstandings later.
Delivery and Assembling Charges: Please note that prices listed on our website or provided in quotations do not include delivery, assembling, or labor charges for moving or installing the furniture. These services are available at an additional cost, which varies depending on your location and the complexity of the service required. Payment for delivery, assembling, and labor must be made separately and directly at the time of service.
