• Order Confirmation and Cancellation: After placing your order, you have a 24-hour window to make any changes or cancellations. Once this period has passed, your order cannot be cancelled or modified, as production will begin immediately and materials will be reserved for your project.

• Customization and Specifications: All details regarding colors, sizes, materials, and any other custom requirements will be finalized and documented at the time of order placement. Please ensure you review and confirm these details carefully to avoid misunderstandings later.

• Delivery and Assembling Charges: Prices listed on our website or quoted for products do not include delivery, assembling, or labor charges for transferring products. These services are available but are billed separately, and charges will depend on your location and specific requirements. Payment for delivery, assembling, and labor must be made directly at the time of service.

• Factory Visit Option: We proudly offer customers the opportunity to visit our factory and observe the production of their furniture firsthand. You can see the materials we use, our manufacturing process, and our commitment to quality, ensuring complete transparency and confidence in your purchase.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments only through cash and bank transfers. We do not process credit card or online payment gateway transactions at this time.
