Refund and Returns Policy

At Homodenza, every piece of furniture is made with care and attention to detail. Since most of our products are made-to-order, we maintain a strict Refund and Return Policy to ensure clarity and fairness. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Advance Payment

  • All orders require a 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation.

  • This advance payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After 24 hours, no refund or cancellation request will be accepted, as production or material allocation begins immediately.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Since products are customized and made-to-order, returns or exchanges are not accepted except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

  • Minor variations in color, polish, or texture are considered natural in handcrafted wooden furniture and will not be treated as defects.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or has a clear manufacturing defect, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and proof.

  • Homodenza will review the case and, if approved, arrange repair, replacement, or compensation at our discretion.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery is never free. All delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • In case of any approved return or replacement, delivery charges will not be refunded.

6. Customized Orders

  • All customized orders (specific size, material, fabric, polish, or design requested by customer) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure accurate size, dimensions, and specifications before placing an order. Homodenza is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

  • Safe access to the delivery location (stairs, elevators, doorway space) is the responsibility of the customer.

8. Policy Updates

Homedonza reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised effective date.
